Service Club
The members of this Club, from the Hotel Management Program, gets the opportunity to excel themselves in the specialized fields of F&B Services. This provides demonstration on the intricacies and delicacies of guridon services, cheese & wine services, food & wine matching services, carvings, presentations etc. This club also allows the students to get their hand-on experience of the services mentioned above. The intention of this club is to enhance the individual skills of the students which make them competent enough to handle the present-day competitive world.
Quiz Club
DSMS observed that spending the whole day on academics alone do not help to become a complete professional and hence the formation of the Quiz Club surfaced. This club aims to increase the general awareness of the students, it hones the thinking ability of the participants by keeping them updated with the current affairs, also helps the students to be alert and attentive due the competition that takes place in this Club. Above all, it provides entertainments to the students which is most important.
Music Club
"Na Lha Vidya Sangeet Parah", keeping this in mind for the total development of the students as human beings, DSMS has introduced the Music Club in 1997 with the requisite infrastructure. Students take part in different cultural events successfully under the able guidance of renowned musicians.
Chef Club
"We never forget, what we learn with pleasure" is the motto of the Chef club provides its members to enrich their skills in the different activities related to the food productions of the Hotel Industry. With the aide of the ace Chefs of the Industry along with our faculties, the students get the opportunity to research and develop on various cuisines and dishes. Some of our visiting experts for chef club are prominent chefs like Sanjeev Kapoor (Khana Khazana), Bharat Dhamala (Ex Taj and Red Hot Chilli Pepper), Eugine Gomes (Oberoi), etc.
