DSMS Society was promoted as a registered society under the laws of West Bengal Act XXVI of 1961 , No. S / 72668 of 1992-93 by eminent educationists and industrialists. The Society has been successfully running different undergraduate programs like, BHMCT, DHMCT, BBA, BBA(T&H), BCA, Bachelors in Hospital Management, Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism Management etc. These Bachelor courses have gained massive reputation and are the most sought after courses in Eastern India.

DSMS Business School is a new venture of the Society in the post graduate curriculum. The MBA Course in DSMS Business School is duly approved by AICTE, New Delhi under the Ministry Of HRD, Govt. of India. It is Affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology(WBUT),Saltlake,Kolkata
