Placement Cell Track Record

Our campaign, which assures 100% placement to the students, is realized through our placement cell. We are proud to be associated with some of the leading firms of India and abroad who have been placing our students.

The placement cell conducts programs involving final year students giving them an opportunity to present their skills to employers. It collects information about a large number of companies along with their area of specialization and working environments. The placement cell also produces resume books of each batch, which are distributed nationwide. The students are taken to career fairs, which give exposure to multiple employers and develop network of career contracts. The students have to undergo classes to learn how to write Personal & Business letters, cover letters, thank notes, acceptance offers, decline letters etc, they also acquire skills in resume writing.

Placement History

We register 100% placement every year for our students through campus and off-campus interviews, as MTS & HOMTS with major hotel chains across the country. We arrange for our students, a suitable placement in International Call Centres, reputed Information Technology organisations. Since large corporate hospital, hospitals promoted by multinational organisations, have state-of-the-art facility for health care, they require suitably qualified human resource to manage them. Our hospital management programme students meet the requirement.

Our Director signed an MoU with the president of Sarovar Group of Hotels, Mansingh Group of Hotels, Lee and Nee Software Private Limited for regular placement and training activities of our students.

Salary

After completing the diploma or bachelor's degree, a graduate is usually taken as a trainee. Starting salaries range between Rs.4000 to Rs.7500, depending on location, job standard etc. After successful completion of training, they are usually absorbed in positions with salaries ranging from Rs.5000 to Rs.11000 plus perks. Salaries would, of course, vary from chain to chain for hotel industry.

After this, there is no limit in the career prospect. Depending on performance and scope, a person may expect regular promotions. A chef, for instance, is a highly paid professional and many chains pay Rs.40,000 to their chefs.
